About Kendall County Wild Game Dinner
Stronger Together
The Kendall County Wild Game Dinner is the premier annual fundraiser supporting the Kendall County Junior Livestock Association and its mission to serve the youth of Kendall County through education and agriculture. Proceeds from the event help fund scholarships, educational programs, and leadership camps that create opportunities for local youth.
The Kendall County Wild Game Dinner is also known for serving some of the best wild game food in Texas. Our returning cook teams—along with a few new additions—bring incredible dishes each year, including fan favorites like Bacon Wrapped Quail, Fried Alligator and Axis, and Wild Boar Chili Verde.
